VApex Racing Group Philosophy
Our fundamental principle when we racing with vApex Racing group is to be competitive, have fun and make friends. We welcome all members of our community from all skill levels and experience backgrounds. We base our membership on personality and Safety Rating only.

Group and Team Nights
We have our Group Team Night on Tuesday’s at 7 PM Pacific. We encourage everyone to show up on vApex Teamspeak and work/race with us on Team Night Tuesday (TNT). We generally practice for and an hour or two. We realize that work or other family duties may conflict. Some of our members can only run with us every other week, but if that time is your own then we ask that you attend.

vApex Group also has 4 different teams. Each of those teams will have selected days for team practice and testing. We encourage all team members (if possible) to show up to their selected team weekly practice and work with their specific team(s).

Etiquette
Friendly, teasing banter is not a problem, but the moment it becomes ridicule, insulting or arrogant you will need to find another team. Foul, abusive, or insulting language is not acceptable toward any of our teammates. Respectful attitude toward all team members
Good attitude toward all iracing members. Willingness to help those new teammates with race craft and setups. Be willing to share and work on setup with teammates only.

We as a iRacing team are respected in our community and we expect that to continue. Racing in general is a very competitive and high stress form of competition and our emotions sometimes can get the past of us. Just try to restrain yourself the best you can. With that in mind we will not tolerate foul, abusive, or insulting language. We understand some of us might slip with an epithet, but we don't want to see that kind of language on a regular basis.

Team Regulations.
It is important that we try not to crash in to one of our teammates during any race we compete together in. We understand that we can be very close during racing and sometimes it happens. But try you best not to crash into teammates J

Paint Liveries
We expect all team mates to use vApex Team Schemes for selected iRacing Special Events and/or Private League races. But, are also encourage to run them in weekly races as well. If you decided to run your own skin for the weekly races. We would love to see vApex decals on them. You also welcome to make changes to our cars on iracing weekly races. But, during vApex Team events, vApex Liveries must be used (ie iRacing World Touring or SSCA Races).

Active iRacing Account
Every Team members must have an Active iRacing Acount and must be active with iRacing the past 30 days.

Recruitment Requirments
To be considered to be a member of vApex racing you must have an active iRacing Account and be active for the past 30 days. You must have a Safety rating of 3.0 and/or Class D or higher. You must be able to speak English. You must have an active email.

Teamspeak3
Everyone member must have Teamspeak3. You also most logged on to our Teamspeak server everytime (when you can) when you are racing, practicing and testing on iRacing. We understand that not always you’ll be in a talkative mood. But we have private rooms on teamspeak to tune too. It’s important that you log on to our teamspeak so we know your dedication to the team.

Private Room Channels
Private room Channels are for private team business and for teammates who are not in a talkative mood and want to concentrate on their race or testing. Please respect the members privacy when they are in these channels.
